The Air
Air was launched in 2014 with the concept of “the fastest run”
Celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2024, it is now available with the highest performance ever achieved by using ultra-high-performance materials.
The LB Technology, previously implemented in the ‘Air’ with a focus on ‘running’, has been further strengthened through the incorporation of ultra-high-performance materials.
Building upon the expertise gained from utilizing metal wires in the ‘Fabulous Ni-Ti’, a new iteration of LB Technology has been developed. By arranging high-elasticity stainless steel wires at a 2mm pitch, the elasticity of the upper shaft is increased compared to conventional models, resulting in an explosive snapback.
Furthermore, by reducing the flex in the tip section of the shaft, a faster kickback can be experienced.
TRPX has conducted advanced research on high-level power transmission using its own precision manufacturing method and flex management at two key points.
By gradually easing the rigidity from the upper shaft to the tip, the powerful snapback achieved with the new LB technology is further enhanced, resulting in an impact speed like never before.

Weight Design
Incorporating metal wires inevitably adds weight to the shaft. Through our unique development process, we have achieved a reduction in weight compared to the conventional ‘Air’ models. For the R flex, designed to accommodate senior golfers, we targeted a weight of just 48g, making it exceptionally easy to swing.”
Stainless PP
Stainless PP is a type of metal wire made from stainless steel. Compared to Ni-Ti metal, it is stiffer and more difficult to bend. This contributes to a heightened sense of control and grip when swinging the golf club.
